Giuseppe Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

Dedicated to Giuseppe Carandini who introduced the family’s precious cellars which contained new casks that began offering new tastes and variety for Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Giuseppe presents a high density, balanced flavor, and varied intense notes made possible by the 3 year aging in wooden barrels made of oak, ash and cherry woods. Pairs wonderfully with gourmet dishes that include salads,entrees, cheeses, and desserts.
