Balsamic Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

This is a good value balsamic glaze. It's not entirely cooked down balsamic vinegar as it was blended with juice before being cooked down but the texture and consistency is great and the flavor is good. For most home applications this is going to be perfect. It's good quality with a rich and thick consistency that will coat anything. It's easy to drizzle and tastes great with tomatoes!

This glaze with balsamic vinegar has a wonderful flavor- is is sweet with that kick of vinegar. Perfect balance! This is definitely a high quality glaze. I enjoy it drizzled on tomato toast and anything with tomatoes!This is a large bottle compared to what I normally can find, and the proce seems reasonable for the volume. It has a shelf life of about 3 years and should be refrigerated after opening.

I made a a quick stir fry with chicken, broccoli, and rice. I then put some of this glaze and some sesame dressing on my stir fry and they combined for a delicious sauce. It's a small bottle, the glaze is of medium thickness and not too runny. This is a high quality glaze that can be used for salads, meats, and vegetables to give them a classy bump up in flavor. I really enjoy the delightfully tart balsamic flavor and there's no added sugar which make it a healthier choice and less sweet than other glazes.

The bottle I received is 8.45 fl oz and plastic with a flip top lid for easy drizzling. This has a Best Buy date of 05/19/28 but I’m sure it will be done long before then. For best results, after opening refrigeration is recommended.
