ITALIAN CHEESE DRESSING with Sweet White Vinegar & Parmigiano Reggiano

I bought it because of a recent culinary article in the NY Times describing it as "outstanding". It is quite good, but far from the outstanding category.

Got this first at whole foods which I could never find again. So glad to find it here on amazon!

Of the two salad dressing, I really really like the Balsamic Vinegar one. It tastes so so yummy! I just buy a big bag of baby spinach and some baby carrots, put a few squeezes of the salad dressing, and I'm munching them all up in a minute or two. I really like it and would order again, for sure!

It is sweet nd tangy. It will be great on salads,or many other items. I tried it on a cracker and loved it. Now I better buy more before it’s sold,out.
